Samuel Johnson had nothing else but Authority-Shield, that’s why he was a pure scholar. Because he had too much Metal-Water, Wood-Fire served as favor. Samuel Johnson’s first fortune was Water on Metal so his childhood was bad. Then (8) to (3) was the Wood-Fire semicircle, six steps of favor fortune made him a great man. Wood-Fire semicircle ends with (2), and (2) merged (10) to Metal as foe. Therefore, he died in the (2) fortune.

The year was 1784.  He died in 1784 because 1782 and 1783 was (3) and (4) years. The years were Wood as favor so he didn’t die immediately in the foe fortune. 1784 was (5). (5) merged (10) to Metal as foe, (5) also merged (9) to Water as foe. He died 1784/12/13, which was the (2) day in the (1) month of the (5) year. The cause of death was attack of pneumonia. Metal represents lung, Metal served as foe so it were his lungs that killed him.

Samuel Johnson had no Talent-Money at all in his life code, so he was a 100 percent scholar who cared about nothing else. Although he was a great man, he lived his entire life without money. Money represents money as well as women for men. No Money in structure usually means no wife. Well, Samuel Johnson was married. Although he had no Money in life code, he had 30 years of Money (Fire) fortune. Because Money served as favor, he had a good relation with wife. He got married in the (7) fortune, as (7) is the peak of Fire that served as Money. His wife Elizabeth Johnson died 1752. Why 1752? Because Johnson's Fire fortunes (8)(7)(6) ended 1752.
Samuel Johnson had no Talent-Money so it’s fate that he made no Money. Although he had Money fortunes in his 20s and 30s, without Talent, the function of Money was to support Authority. He started to have Talent-Money fortune 1762, because the fortune 4(4) was Fire on Wood (Money on Talent). That’s when he started to get money: In 1762, King George III granted Johnson an annual pension of £300. While the pension did not make Johnson wealthy, it did allow him a modest yet comfortable independence for the remaining years of his life.
